Things went very well from home show to initial visit to install and through setup. Reps were knowledgeable and professional. The system is neat, clean and relatively out of sight. Works as advertised. UPDATED: There was about a month where we felt like we were being completely ignored. I changed my review to 2 stars. We brought up a relatively minor issue didn't hear back from any of the five EcoMark reps contacted. Eventually, the COO contacted us and set everything right. Faith and satisfaction restored. If it goes bad again, I'll revert my review back to 1 or 2 stars and leave it. Still extremely happy with the system itself.
