My salesman told me to bring my car in for an oil change at 10000, and I brought my car in today 10/3/2018 for a recall for my back up camera. I asked the service advisor out of curiosity if I should wait to get my oil changed at 10000 miles or now. He asked if my oil light was on and I said yes. Then he said if the car tells you it s time go by the car. My point is, why would you tell me to wait 10000 for an oil change, which puts my car at risk for destroying my motor?!? I left one car brand to be treated better and it seems like I m receiving the same treatment here at Honda. Don t treat good people like they don t matter or if you don t care because the sale is final. That ll will definitely keep me from coming!!! Also, after getting my oil changed I had to return my car due to one of the technicians not replacing my oil cap after service was done. My car smelled like fuel was burning on the inside and my car was also smoking from under the hood. Mr. Mike, one of the managers asssited me with making arranges to have everything taken care of and Mrs. D from the service department took care of me as well!! Thanks guys.
