After speaking with Rob the claims adjuster with pro guard, and found out that the shop ,that was not approved by Pro Guard was the reason for all the extra charges. They found me an approved shop Red Line Tire and Auto, and have been able to complete the process with as little out of pocket as possible. Hope you never have to use it but a Warranty is all ways the way to go.
