My old desktop was on its way out and I needed a replacement. I didn't want to go to a Best Buy or other big box chain given my overall terrible experiences with them in the past. A local friend recommended CTS and I'm glad I chose them. They assessed my old system (whether it was worth repairing and upgrading versus a new system), and recommended a course of action that has worked out for the best. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable, and there for you if you have any follow-up questions or needs. As good as everyone says they are.
