Awful. Pre booked taxis for a wedding nearly 24 ho...

Awful. Pre booked taxis for a wedding nearly 24 hours before and they never turned up, we called and asked why and they said the weather was bad and there would be an hour wait. Lovely for the bride and groom to be waiting in the wet and cold for a taxi which should of been there regardless of weather.
