WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not go to Rays in Fox Lake if you are a woman. Not a woman friendly dealership!!! Rupe worked with me for close to 3 hours on purchasing a newer used car for my daughter's birthday. When I was ready to make a deal the manager came out and said that the price listed on the car stands. Really? Since when is Rays a Carmax. Since when does a buyer not negotiate on a used car? Every person I know that has purchased a car from Rays had negotiated the price. Guess you have to be a man to be respected enough to negotiate. So much for keeping my business in town . I do not recommend Rays to women purchasing a car. Interesting how people I know haggled on the price when they purchased their car at Rays in Fox Lake.
