I started doing crossfit because I would never push myself hard enough to truly make the changes I needed to in order to get in shape. Going to the gym was not cutting it for me anymore and I was getting bored. There is no possible way that doing the usual leisurely circuit around the same 12 or 15 machines in a gym is ever going to get the intensity of a crossfit workout. The trainers Eddie and Rob are very knowledgeable, patient and everyone is very friendly. I absolutely love crossfit and I'm happy to say that for the first time in years I feel like I'm back in control and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. With the help of my trainers and the support of my classmates every day I get closer. I've found a new addiction, something that both takes everything from me -- physically, emotionally and mentally -- and then gives me back even more than I had before. I'm hooked, and now all I want to do is keep getting better at it. :)
