Ordered a product online for a wedding present - received no confirmation, phoned and was told I would be called or sent an email that afternoon to confirm delivery details but was assured it was in stock and would be with me within 5-7 working days. Heard absolutely nothing back and received no delivery. Checked my credit card a week later to find I had been refunded two days later. Someone could at least have had the courtesy to contact me to explain.
