I am a first time BMW buyer. it was so confusing for me to pick up which model and the features etc.. "Ray Ford" was my client advisor. He was very patient and go over with us all the questions and showed all the models we were looking for. He was honest in answering questions. i strongly recommend the BMW springfield for any buyer.
