I'm a repeat customer. The Steelcase Leap chair arrived looking used. It had oil on the frame and some marred areas on the frame and legs.

The Human Solution reps worked with me to return and replace it. The second chair has been perfect. Best ergonomics I've ever experienced in an office task chair.

Customer service and support were excellent.

I rated 4/5 only because of the aggravation of having to pack/ship a heave product and dealing with FedEx, a miserable experience in my delivery area.

I would purchase from the Human Solution again.
