Nursing staff good, registration staff good and phlebotomists good. Doctors, specifically Dr. Sugarman, awful, disengaged, disingenuous, lack of compassion, cold, more worried about his dictation then about his actual patient and is obvious that he doesn t listen to his patient when he can t repeat back the patients symptoms.
