I applied for family visit visa for myself, my wif...

I applied for family visit visa for myself, my wife and my granddaughter and planned our journey on 29/04/2017. Visa was issued to all of us on 30/03/2017. Visa validity printed on my wife and granddaughter"s visa is in from 29/04/2017 TO 29/10/2017
But on my visa the validity is printed is from 29/04/2014 TO 29/10/2014
i have been writing to their visa office regularly but they are not correcting their mistakes.
Now as I will not be able to travel, My wife and my granddaughter will also not be able to travel in my absence.
All 3 Tickets cost and visa cost will be a great loss to me. Will anyone help?
