Love the food and drinks here but recently had a crappy experience.

Waited for an hour to get a table.
Another hour to get our food.
Forgot a bag of souvenirs, when I called to ask about them their response was... "I looked and it's not there too bad for you".

What kind of response is that. F-you not going back to this place again.
