After having a bad experience at a different place, I was really nervous to go dress shopping again. Butterflies was fantastic, all the staff were really lovely. Special thankyou to Jess, for helping me find my dress.

What I loved most was that I didn t feel at all pressured to buy (and actually left without a dress, and came back later to buy it). At other places I ve felt awkward leaving without buying a dress but that wasn t the case here.

Also loved that you have individual changing rooms where customers put the dress on themselves and just ask for help with zips etc. Other places you are just expected to strip in front of the sales person and it can be awkward. This also meant I could try dresses without a bra on when I couldn t at other places because I didn t feel comfortable with that.

Such a lovely atmosphere here, and lovely staff. Thanks so much to Jess for helping me find my dress, and being so kind throughout the whole day
