Unluckily very unpleasant experience with company....

Unluckily very unpleasant experience with company. The ticketing system enables you to buy ticket for up to 9 people but then the train conductor claims it is agaimst the rules to buy for more then 6 persons and asks you to buy additional tickets. Horrible!!!!
