Room can be either hot or cold. Need to call maintenance to switch modes between heat or cool. San Diego was cold at night during our stay and hot during the day so this was uncomfortable. In lobby there are hotel employees trying to sell you packages where they ship you off for half a day to another locationto listen to their presentation. Wife was interested in free tickets they offered after we go to the "event". After reading about it in reviews we decided not to go. We were herrased with multiple phone calls and knocking on door to force us to go to the presentation. Every time we left hotle and walk pass the lobby we were confronted by employees about us going to the event. Why don't you just leave us alone enjoy our vacation?
