I am a resident at kings pointe and have not had a good experience. There s a laundry list of issues we have or had with our unit but that s not the main issue. Management is unqualified for their positions. It took over 48 hours to get maintence here for a plumbing emergency, which happened to be the water from our shower leaking directly into the kitchen, cracking the ceiling and leaking on the floor. This was along with a handful of other issues. Only after being yelled at by my boyfriend for not being able to use our shower for 3 days did they send the maintence man. Of course, he also has not been back to paint over it. We were told then verbally over the phone if we were unhappy we could leave. A week later a notice was taped on our door citing they will not renew our lease. We would simply like to the grounds this decision was made on before we contact our legal team.

The reason I m leaving his review on SG instead of Kings pointe is because I have been trying to contact the regional manager for weeks, leaving several messages and have not had a response. My boyfriend did briefly speak to Shaquetta who was on her way into a meeting but unfortunately she never followed up. We were trying to go through SG since Latrice and Diamond are incapable of coming up with solutions but we aren t having luck. We are highly unsatisfied.
