Service attendent was helpful curteous and excellant appearence. I had a messeage on the screen of my Sierra Denali that my oil was low. Called made an appointment for the following day which turns out was critical for me and GMC. Seems the message in the vehicle was a little short on information as the vehicle was a minimum of 4 quarts low. out of 8 seems to me that could have caused a major repair if I had waited . I have a follow up appointment for diagnostics on Dec 1at 9 a.m. There are no exterior oil leaks according to your staff. I had not intended to buy a $60 + vbehicle witht this type of issue. I believe GMC will correct the issue appropriately and timely I have only one vehicle and my wife is ill.I need transportation daily. I was provided a spec sheet that indicates the vehicle can use up to a quart of oil in 2,000 miles and is inwithin tolerance I was surprised never had any vehicle I have owned with that had this as an accetable tollerence. I enjoy the vehicle and service at GMC has been excellant.
