At check-in in the evening, the service was normally friendly and good, but in the morning the atmosphere at the hotel was strange. I met 4 staff members, one of them twice, but I didn t get any good tomorrow wishes. For one, I even had time to whine in the morning before he turned to his chores without answering my wish. I recommend the whole staff a visit to a modern hotel where the guest is treated as a neighbor or even as a welcome guest. At least that's what I'm doing from now on.
