They kicked my aunt (with Dementia) out of her house, wouldn't consider working with the family. 3 years later and the house sits dilapidated and will most likely have to be demolished. My aunt passed away, which we have told them, and they are STILL trying to collect and even charged her for the whole time she was in a nursing home as if she was still in the home! Completely incompetent business. I do NOT understand how they're still in business and have not been shut down in an investigation!!
