The worst customer service I have ever received in...

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life....I have received poor customer service before, but I have never EVER before had such a horrible experience. I have a 2017 tuscon, still under warranty that has failed to start twice....the battery is dead, however the battery is testing fine. So, clearly, there is something draining the battery. I was told if I want to load test the alternator, battery etc....I would be charged 160$ plus tax. I was told, until they find the vehicle, I could bring in 5, 8, 10 times and I will be charged every single time for an electrical issue because it is difficult to diagnose. I spoke for nearly an hour with a senior adviser, not even a manager, a Mr. Richard Voskamp who was the most arragant and rude person I have ever spoken to. I will NEVER be returning to this Hyundai dealer....Do not buy get your vehicle serviced, or do ANYTHING to do with this dealer if you're smart.
