I purchased my son's MacBook Pro here 3 years ago and paid over two grand. The store manager called me a few days later and thanked me for my business. I was impressed.
When my son dropped it and needed the screen replaced, we brought it back. The person working on it tried to coerce him into paying more than the replacement value, because "something had spilled on the keyboard" and it needed to be replaced as well.
We paid the $40 "diagnostic fee", I bought a new display assembly on eBay for $300, and I replaced it myself in less than an hour. Needless to say, I found no trace of liquid damage anywhere. Microcenter has lost a customer of almost 25 years. Good job, guys!
