behotyoga is one of the best things i ve ever done! i recently had quit competitive cheer due to anxiety issues and needed to find another way to stay fit. my friend invited me to attend a class with her. i did and immediately fell in LOVE! i am now a BeElite member and leave feeling healthier in almost every aspect in my life!
