We are first time home buyers who were recommended to Matt and couldn't give a higher recommendation for others looking for a realtor. We were motivated to purchase, and Matt and his team got us under contract for our home within a week of our first meeting. From the very start, Matt and his team were extremely responsive and helpful and provided great detail and insight about the process. There was always someone available to answer our questions and to help us out with whatever popped up, and it truly was an incredible level of responsiveness from Matt and his team. They were available to answer anything from big picture questions to small random questions we had pop up, of which there were many since this was our first home purchase. After we have closed, we still say that we are amazed how easy the entire process was from start to finish, and that is definitely due to Matt and his team. Again, couldn't give a higher recommendation.
