I would caution against any open box sales. They clearly do not check the returns to make sure that they are in good shape and that all the pieces have been included.

Two stars because customer service did rectify one issue (a piece of the lamp that had a defect) but never responded when I reached out again after discovering upon installing the lamp that part of the shade was missing. I had no idea when I first opened the box that there was a critical piece missing because there was no installation instructions / packing list.

Although we saved money by buying the lamp as an open box purchase, the headache hasn't been worth it. It has been months since we ordered the lamp, and we're still trying to finish the installation (after being unable to get help from Lightogy I've been trying to buy the missing shade piece directly from the manufacturer).
