As a driver I AM grateful and do find many benefits for this type of work. I have built multiple multi-million dollar companies and after 2 weeks, wasted time, observing a severely inadequate support team and system, here is the review I left Uber after my last call, a call in which I m still waiting for my money! ...

I have called 5-6x over the past 2 weeks and no one is helping me with the money I am owed! Furthermore it is clear that the support team doesn t have the tools and resources necessary to do their jobs effectively and have nothing but an email to escalate to! Your team blames one another, clearly are trained inadequately and I ve wasted hours of my time only to believe that I won t be compensated for my valuable time on the phone! Much of your team can barely speak English, they run around in circles trying to be polite only to piss those of us off who call and simple get results! TRAIN BETTER! LEAD BETTER! QUESTION YOUR PROCESSES MORE! THE BOSS DOESNT KNOW EVERYTHING! Collaboration and removing ego and a stupid title is how things actually get done! GIVE ME MY MONEY OWED OR IM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY AND A PUBLICIST! THE END!
