Went to Evan's cycles after a terrible day to pump my tires and get a hand pump, was struggling to use the pump there, so went downstairs to ask for some help - Alexandre very kindly showed me how to use the pump and explained why I had been having such difficulty without making me feel stupid.
He very kindly fixed my valves so they were positioned correctly to be able to be pumped, and he also untangled my tube and pumped my tires.
Cannot recommend Evan's enough, had such a great experience the times I've been there, and this visit really turned my day around!
