Stayed for two nights at a room which was just above the courtyard which is right outside the bar. The first night was fine but the second night a group of folks decided to drink beer at the courtyard coming in and out the bar and being really loud. I found out none is supposed to be in this area after 10 pm but clearly no employees were stopping these individuals. I finally called the lobby at 1AM and they told me that they d take care of it. 20 minutes later I had to call again. The hotel is fine and the staff were kind and professional but they need to decide what s more important the bar or their guests rest. Very disappointed
