This company was absolutely TERRIBLE to deal with. Please, read the reviews that are written by members of the public and who aren't employees of this company.

The order took WAY too long to ship. Just think of your worst dealing ever with either Rogers or Bell and multiply that experience by 1,000,000...that sums up Saffire Blue's customer service. The staff are rude and petty, and they have ZERO regard for customers and their queries or concerns about their pending orders. They have some ridiculous policy that they will deduct 20% of the cost of your item if you choose to cancel, before they ship your item. After waiting for nearly a month, I requested a refund, and the order arrived two days later without any tracking notice.

Do yourself a favour, and avoid this company at all costs. I used a company from BC called Voyageur to order similar items that I'd been waiting on for weeks from this company, and the service was much more professional.
