The California Academy of Sciences is one of our favorite family activities when we visit San Francisco. Our son and his family enjoy it so much that my wife and I decided to give my son a family pass as a recurring Christmas gift. We took our three-year grandson there earlier this. All of us had a tremendous time. We also brought a sack lunch which we ate in the outdoor public dining area. There are activities for children and adults of all ages.
