Went in to check on an offer I received by mail that seemed too good to be true. It was solid and we traded up one model. The salespeople were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. It took longer than we expected but it always takes longer. I had the salesman (Toni) program my Bluetooth and go through all the new features. He was very patient.
