So disappointing!! We had a dinner reservation 4 hours prior to the reservation we received a call informing us the kitchen would be closed due to staffing issues and the ongoing strike. The reservation was made two weeks ago, we should have been informed much earlier than this!! I do not consider this five star service or first class! Very unprofessional and only concerned about their bottom dollar. It was only after I expressed my disappointment they told us they would accommodate us. Knowing all of this and not feeling welcome we declined!
