Just wanted to send you a quick email about the outstanding service I have been receiving from Daniella. We had a issue with a leak in a room of our apartment in Moonee Ponds and Daniella managed the issue professionally and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The tenant has now left and there have been various issues with tenants wanting the apartment then changing their minds, but Daniella has been professional and courteous the whole time. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to your agency.
