Recently I had a problem related to the servicing of my 2009 Sonata. I was very upset and disappointed with my experience with the Service Department. I sent an email with the details of my experience to the Dealership. Later in the evening, I received an email acknowledgment of my complaint with the promise that there would be a follow up.
Within a few days Jeff Copan, V.P. / General Manager of Thornhill Hyundai and Richmond Hill Hyundai, called me on the phone. He was very concerned with my issue and wanted to clarify it and rectify the situation. Scott Provost did a thorough examination of my car and covered all the details with Jeff and I.
As a result of the actions of both Jeff and Scott, my confidence in the Service Departments in both dealerships has been restored. I did not expect to be treated so well and I have been assured by Jeff that he has taken steps to make sure this situation/problem will not be experienced by future Service Department customers.
Thanks again to both Jeff Copan and Scott Provost, you have restored my trust and confidence in the Dealership Service Departments of both Richmond Hill and Thornhill Hyundai.
