Closed on my new home on may 2 and worked with Scott Phillips... This young man is highly recommended on my book. He and his company helped make things as easy and painless as possible. We hit a few snags along the way but they were there to help coach me right through it. I've never bought a home before and I've heard some of the horror stories of people trying to by homes, but my experience with Scott and his team was great and they did everything in there power to help make my dream a reality
