Queue can be long depending on the day and time you go. We queued for about 40 minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. After 6pm is a quieter time.

The tour was great. Allows you to get very close to the history. Despite the rooms being reconstructed with replica furniture it still doesn't take away the sobering feeling and closeness to the story.
