At the begining we've already had troubles. I've booked a 3 bed room and they putted in a 2 bed, saying that the Hotel was full. After a long time arguing they 'found' a 3 room. But the room was so hot, and the A/C wasn't chilling. After asking the reception, they told me that as It's winter, It works only in warm/hot function. By the way, there is no openable window in the room. Terrible stay, wouldnt recommend at ALL!!! PS: at the End discovered that we were Sleeping on dirty pillows.
