Was charged 2 times for fare on debit card, 67.50 ...

Was charged 2 times for fare on debit card, 67.50 + 72.50!!!! System is a dinosaur as well as the vehicle, smelly and dirty, there credit/debit system shut down during process and took 15+ min to pay, another 45 min on phone trying to get it resolved the next day! I was told that I will receive an email on reimbursement. Never recieved!! Not sure what that would have even done for me anyway! I was ROBBED by this company!! DO NOT USE them especially if your from out of town!! I will NEVER call these crooks again! CALL UBER!
