Very friendly people but one of there agents named...

Very friendly people but one of there agents named John does shady business and does not disclose issues with properties. There was a mold infestation on the property. They should disclose information like this to me before I waste my time... beside the mold there are many issues with the property that were not mentioned. It's sad that the agent would entice a potential buyer and wait until the last minute to tell you the 2 page list of issues and fixes that need to be done. The biggest kick in butt was that the agent is trying to sell a property that cannot be sold until a massive court case is settled with the neighbor next door. Sounds like a great place to live... right?

Amazed at the level of secrecy and non disclosure. I'm pretty sure youna are violating state law... I would be very cautious doing business with these Shady characters. If you have an attorney on retainer like me then they will give you the details. If you dont have an attorney PLEASE READ THEIR SHADY CONTRACTS BEFORE YOU SIGN!
