Dear Sir or Madam,
My son ordered a tent box to be collected from Staines Store, his order has been fraught from the getgo, being told it was being delivered when in fact he requested a collection, having not given his address don't see how one could of delivered said order!. On collection today, the box did not have all it's component parts, the box was too small to contain the missing items. My husband duly returned to said Staines Store, I spoke with a young man called Mathew who has not telephoned me with a remedy. My son is Autistic, and is showing signs of great distress regards this order. My husband was question by the manager of the shop that almost borders on rudeness that we are at fault. He needs this for his fishing trip this evening I am totally shocked by the complete disregard for my son's dilemma, and would appreciate a remedy PDQ. This is not what I would call reasonable way to offer customer care to your purchasers. At present your on line info is saying phones are down, I have also left a message on another mobile at Surrey Quays apparently your head office and still no response.
