Check in was confusing and not private. Some sort of convention going on so felt they should have handled that separate from general check in. Hallways were extremely loud 5:45am til 8am making sleep difficult to the point I had to open door and tell them to shut up.. woke up to our bill slid under the door, don't find this professional at all, have to pay 12$ parking fee to park in their parking lot. We also had breakfast complementary with our room, food was great, staff in there was GREAT, not so great to see it charged to our card, lady on phone was nice and as of right now we are suppose to be reimbursed, we shall see... Won't be back unless we have to. And no ventilation in bathrooms and poor lighting.
