After totaling my car on the ice - I was faced with the need to replace it! I found a few cars I liked on USAA's website (my insurance company) One was at DCH Montclair Acura and did they stand out among the rest.

They treated me like a valued customer from their first call. Barry Katz, the salesman, called me to confirm my appointment - greeted me the moment I arrived and had the car cleaned and ready for me. (it had snowed the night before). You would have thought I was their to purchase one of their more expensive cars - I wasn't - I was bargain hunting and I found one.

I actually found another car with another dealer that I liked better - but I had such a bad feeling about the place - I left and returned to Barry where I purchased a brand new looking 2010 BMW 328xi with 80K miles - the dealership service department clearly did an extraordinary job of bring this fine older car up to top shelf space.

I left feeling terrific in my new ride due largely to the marvelous experience at this dealership. Thank you Barry, Alix and DCH Acura
