There's a chance we would have enjoyed our stay, but we will not know since David (who called me all but begging for our reservation, promising the best of the best just a few days ago) called me 40 minutes outside of Branson after 4 hours on the road to tell us they didn't have our room for us. This was at 9:45pm with two tired kids in the car. When he told me they had a smaller, less accommodating room at a higher price, I reminded him the room he had reserved for us, he said he didn't want to hear it and he HUNG UP on me. I called him back and he said there was nothing to discuss and he would be canceling our reservation. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!!!
