A big thank you to Dr. Howland and staff for taking care of Faith on an emergency visit two weeks ago. The staff I was in contact with were very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate about what they do. Dr. Howland called me with updates on my dog and advised me of my options and costs upfront. Faith has been home recovering and she says everyone at Veterinary Referral & Critical Care were all very nice to her!
