Just had a run in with their web site, be careful. I placed an order that was only a little over $6 and got nailed with $64 shipping cost. However when I called, I talked to Tori and she was very helpful in getting the problem worked out. I feel that I got very professional help with her. She went I feel above and beyond to help me out. I want to thank her for her help and if I ever get to walk into Thunder Tower I plan to look her up and thank her myself.
