You MUST text to get a placement to use the pool. As a Flamingo guest you'd expect to get "1st dibs" when you text but we didn't receive any notice whatsoever to be able to use the pool. Also, controls and features to use stereo equipment and television in the bathroom were not working and/or not batteries in control. You had to leave a voice mail to receive extra towels.
Don't think we'll ever come back unless they really work out their glitches.
