The hotel has a great location right beside times ...

The hotel has a great location right beside times square. We stayed on the 20th floor and hardly heard any street noise, except a few sirens a few times a day. The staff is super friendly and housekeeping was awesome. They were very prompt whenever we called for something. The hotel is a little dirty but nothing terrible, just simply new York. The only reason why I won't stay here again is because the beds are really hard.
