My previous vehicle was being written off by my insurance. SO, I was in need of a new vehicle ASAP. While searching on FB I came across an ad for a car that I was interested in ( knowing my taste, only a "luxury" vehicle would do :P) So, I called the number on the ad and was transferred to Jim Kia ( the assistant manager) I spoke to him over the phone and set up an appointment that very afternoon. When I arrived, I approached the receptionist and advised them of my appointment. A few minutes later, I was greeted by Jim and was escorted to the downstairs area to look at the vehicle. I immediately fell in love! I was able to check out all the "bells and whistles" Jim was very helpful and empathetic to my situation. I explained to him that my car was being written off and therefore, my insurance would not be providing me with my rental any longer so , I needed a new car right away again, he was very understanding and helpful he helped me sign the paper work to get the process started right away Then, i was introduced to Cris from the financial services department. Cris is great at what he does! He is really down to earth , sweet and funny, he really helped me feel at ease while at the same time remaining extremely professional. We talked about a variety of things including music, the current COVID situation, and just things about life in general. Plus he wasn't so pushy to try to upsell me things he would make recommendations that were practical but at the same time give his honest opinion. Which I really appreciated to be honest because, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership so, I did not know what to expect. Hoever, teveryone at Lexus Downtown Toronto made my experience a great, I would highly recommend them! Can't wait to drive out with my new car!
