Exceptional customer service does not begin to describe the level of services we received from Gillece Services. We awoke to a plumbing nightmare and Gillece was able to come out and help us immediately. It was a worst-case scenario, unfortunately, but Ed Stamerra was amazing. He took the time to explain what the issues were and the options that were available to correct them. His crew was always on time and respectful. We were never in the dark about what was going on and if we had questions Ed had no problem answering them.

When it was apparent that we would need to contact our homeowner s insurance, Ed was an absolute rock star. He helped us through the process even when our insurance company was being shady; he was there to have our back. You cannot fully appreciate what that means unless you have been in that situation. Literally doing everything to help us get this through this ordeal.
