Don't miss your flights ! Don't ever call this taxi !
I was for some hours in Houston while flying from London to New York. I didn't want to take risk of public transport to catch my flight and called these guys. No taxi came, again called and put on hold. They said that taxi is just 2 miles away but they never arrived in 65 minutes. In between I kept calling and they kept putting on hold and further disconnecting.

I had almost missed my flight when I saw a taxi from another company on a petrol station who came to fill petrol. I explained him the situation and requested to drop me at airport and that gentle taxi driver, brought me to the airport without caring of filling in petrol. I just catched my flight being last passanger to board. I will never forget this Yellowcab being the worst cab in the world. I have seen taxi's in several countries and some were bad too, but to this extent is really dangerous.

They could have honestly said that they wouldn't come then I could have found other taxi by time. They lied again and again for more than 1 hour. Moreover I spend more than $120 on 45 minutes internationals call to them. They are cheat and definitely not a serious business. I have registered a complaint at Transport Department of Houston.
